The cheapest online TRT, ranked by what a year costs

The lowest-priced US telehealth testosterone programs, ranked by the full first-year cost rather than the advertised monthly price.

The provider with the lowest advertised price isn't always the cheapest over a year. A low monthly figure can depend on prepaying for twelve months, and lab fees can add a few hundred dollars. This guide ranks providers by what the first twelve months cost, using only figures published on their own sites.

Ranked by first-year cost

ProviderFormatFirst yearHow it adds up
TMatesInjection$996$83 a month on a 12-month plan; labs included
MangoRxInjection$1,188$99 a month, no plan length; labs included
Rugiet HealthEnclomiphene$1,18812 months paid at checkout
MaximusInjection$1,249.87$49.99 first month, then $99.99 a month on the 6-month plan, plus a $99.99 test
Henry MedsInjection$1,548$129 a month, no plan length; labs included
Feel30Injection$1,887$149 a month plus a $99 first lab panel
Hone HealthInjection$2,046$163 a month plus $65 and $25 for the first tests

Some providers can't be ranked this way because their own pages don't publish enough to add up a year, for example when lab fees aren't stated or two of their pages disagree. Those are marked on each provider page.

Cheapest with no long plan

If you'd rather not prepay or sign up for months at a time, the lowest month-to-month price for injections is MangoRx at $99, followed by Henry Meds at $129. Both say lab work is included. See Henry Meds vs MangoRx for the side-by-side.

Cheapest if you'll commit

The lowest monthly figures on the index come with a term. PeterMD is $79 a month on 12 months prepaid, a single $948 payment. TMates is $83 a month on its 12-month plan. Check what happens if you stop early before choosing one; the if-you-stop page covers each provider's terms.
