Before you cancel
- Find the next charge date. Henry Meds doesn't publish a notice period, so cancel well before it. A request after that date usually means one more cycle is billed.
- Check what you've prepaid. On a multi-month plan you may have to pay the rest of the balance, unless a provider decides you can't continue for medical reasons.
- Save your records. Download your lab results and prescription details from the portal before your access ends.
- Watch the next statement. Make sure the membership and any medication subscription have both stopped.
