How to cancel MangoRx
MangoRx's cancellation steps, notice period and refund terms, from its own pages on October 25, 2026, and what you're still charged afterwards.
The steps
- Log in to your MangoRx account and open the Subscriptions tab to cancel.

- Cancel at least 48 hours before renewal
- After you cancel
- An order already fulfilled and shipped by the pharmacy can't be cancelled or returned.
- Refunds
- All sales are final. If you don't qualify for treatment, the order is cancelled and refunded in full.

- How it bills
- Monthly price. MangoRx's general Subscribe and Save auto-refills run every 25 days; the TRT page doesn't say whether TRT follows that cycle.
Before you cancel
- Find the next charge date. MangoRx needs cancel at least 48 hours before renewal. A request after that date usually means one more cycle is billed.
- Check what you've prepaid. If you bought a multi-month plan, read the refund terms above before you assume the unused months come back.
- Save your records. Download your lab results and prescription details from the portal before your access ends.
- Watch the next statement. Make sure the membership and any medication subscription have both stopped.
