How to cancel Maximus

Maximus' cancellation steps, notice period and refund terms, from its own pages on October 23, 2026, and what you're still charged afterwards.

The steps

1. Log in at app.maximustribe.com and turn off auto-renewal in your dashboard.
2. Or email [email protected]. Maximus says no phone call is needed.

After you cancel

With auto-renewal off, the plan ends at the close of its term and you aren't charged again.

Prepaid or multi-month plans

A 3- or 6-month plan can't be ended early. There's no refund for the rest of the term, whether you paid upfront or in installments.

Refunds

Shipped medication isn't refundable, and neither are consultation or lab fees. Damaged or defective orders are replaced if you contact support within 14 days.

How it bills

Committed plans are paid in advance or in installments for the full term, under Maximus's subscription terms. Klarna installments are offered.

Before you cancel

• Find the next charge date. Maximus doesn't publish a notice period, so cancel well before it. A request after that date usually means one more cycle is billed.
• Check what you've prepaid. A 3- or 6-month plan can't be ended early. There's no refund for the rest of the term, whether you paid upfront or in installments.
• Save your records. Download your lab results and prescription details from the portal before your access ends.
• Watch the next statement. Make sure the membership and any medication subscription have both stopped.
