About
An independent index of what US telehealth testosterone providers actually charge. Run by one person, not by a clinic and not by a medical team. Here's how it works and what it isn't.
Why it exists
Online TRT prices are hard to compare. One provider's lowest price needs a year paid upfront. Another's headline figure is only the membership, with the medication billed on top. A third calls its price all inclusive, and its terms say the lab bills you separately. Most "best TRT clinic" pages compare a handful of names once a year, from press kits.
So this index does one narrow thing. It reads each provider's own pricing pages and terms, writes down the figure and the plan behind it, stamps the date it was read, and re-reads them on a schedule. The method page explains how a price gets in and what each status means, and the changelog is the track record: every check, correction and change of method, with a date against it.
Who runs it
One person, independently. Not a doctor, not a pharmacist, and never employed by a telehealth provider. The only money that can come from providers is affiliate commissions, explained below. That comes first because it decides what this site is allowed to tell you.
The work doesn't take clinical training. It takes patience with small print: working through each provider's pricing pages and terms, noticing which price needs a six-month commitment, finding the cancellation clause, and keeping an honest record of all of it.
What this site isn't
It isn't medical advice, and it never recommends a treatment. Testosterone is a prescription medicine and a Schedule III controlled substance. Whether it's right for anyone is a decision for a licensed clinician, and every provider listed here puts one between you and the prescription. This site compares prices, process and terms, and nothing else.
Who it's for
US residents. Every provider in the index is a US telehealth service, and every price is in US dollars.
How the money works
Some provider links may become affiliate links, which means a provider could pay a commission if you sign up through one, at no extra cost to you. Every provider button says whether it's an affiliate link. A commission never changes a price, a status or the order of a list, and no provider can pay to be listed, moved or removed. The full disclosure spells it out.
Corrections come first
If a price on this site is wrong, that's the most useful thing anyone can tell us. It gets re-checked, fixed and logged in the changelog with the date. Providers who want a page re-read, journalists, and readers with a question all use the same address: [email protected].
