The steps

- Once an order is sent to a pharmacy, changes or cancellation aren't guaranteed, and some carry a $50 medical consultation fee.
- Refunds
- If a provider decides not to prescribe, the medication price is refunded in full; lab fees aren't. Returned medication can't be refunded.

- How it bills
- Plans are priced for three months (enclomiphene also for six). GobyMeds says plans don't auto-renew; the page doesn't say outright that the plan price is charged in one payment.
Before you cancel
- Find the next charge date. GobyMeds doesn't publish a notice period, so cancel well before it. A request after that date usually means one more cycle is billed.
- Check what you've prepaid. If you bought a multi-month plan, read the refund terms above before you assume the unused months come back.
- Save your records. Download your lab results and prescription details from the portal before your access ends.
- Watch the next statement. Make sure the membership and any medication subscription have both stopped.
