- Log in to My Account and open the Orders and Subscriptions tab to cancel, pause or delay.

- Orders already processed by the pharmacy can't be refunded.
- Refunds
- Medication that has left the pharmacy can't be returned or refunded. Damaged or defective items are replaced if reported within 2 weeks of delivery.

- Monthly subscription order; 90-day supplies are offered for some products.
Before you cancel
- Find the next charge date. Strut Health needs 48 hours before the order is processed. A request after that date usually means one more cycle is billed.
- Check what you've prepaid. If you bought a multi-month plan, read the refund terms above before you assume the unused months come back.
- Save your records. Download your lab results and prescription details from the portal before your access ends.
- Watch the next statement. Make sure the membership and any medication subscription have both stopped.
