Rex MD, Marek Health and other TRT clinics without a full published price
What Rex MD, Marek Health, Ways2Well, Healthspan, Viking Alternative and Evolve Telemed say about cost on their own sites, and why they aren't in the price index yet.
Some well-known online testosterone clinics don't publish a single, clear price for treatment. They give a range, an average, or a membership fee with the medication priced later. Because the index only lists a price that can be read on the provider's own pages, these clinics are held back from it for now. This is what each one does say, read on its own site on October 25, 2026.
Rex MD
Rex MD charges $99 for the first consultation and initial labs (shown as reduced from $199). After that, it says the subscription is $250 to $299 a month depending on the medication, with follow-up labs covered. It doesn't give a separate figure for injections or gel. Its terms say all sales are final and cancellation is by phone at least 12 hours before renewal.
Marek Health
Marek Health charges $299 to get started, covering a coach intake and the first provider exam, and lab panels start at $450. There's no membership; services are paid for one at a time. It doesn't publish a medication price, only an average range for ongoing treatment, and says web sales are final.
Ways2Well
Ways2Well sells care plans: a one-time Clarity plan at $499, or a Core plan at $125 a month (with a two-month minimum) or $1,499 a year. Medication is priced separately and isn't listed. It says it doesn't prescribe testosterone in 13 states.
Healthspan
Healthspan lists men's injectable testosterone, gel and enclomiphene as a monthly price "plus membership", but its own pages give different figures for the same items and two different membership prices. Until they agree, there's no single price to list.
Viking Alternative Medicine and Evolve Telemed
Neither publishes a price for its testosterone programs. Viking says most patients pay within a monthly range and charges no membership fee; labs are extra, and outside labs are accepted. Evolve Telemed gives only an average range and says the first consultation is free.
Comparing them with listed providers
If a clear price up front matters to you, the price index lists 21 providers whose prices are on their own pages, and the cheapest by first-year cost ranks the ones that publish enough to add up a year. Any of the clinics above will be added as soon as its own site shows a price that can be checked.
Prices in this guide were checked against the index on October 23, 2026. The index itself is always current: see today's prices.
