Online TRT with lab work included

Which US telehealth testosterone programs include bloodwork in the price, which charge for the first panel, and which bill every test separately.

Testosterone prescriptions need blood tests, before the first prescription and again at intervals after it. Some online programs fold those tests into the monthly price. Others charge for the first panel, or for every test. This is what each provider says on its own pages.

Labs included in the price

  • MangoRx: $99 a month, with a lab test at LabCorp or Quest before the provider decides and a 30-day follow-up with updated labs, both included.
  • Henry Meds: $129 a month; Henry says labwork is included in the subscription.
  • TMates: says labs are included in every plan.
  • Hims: an at-home blood collection kit at the start, with follow-up testing part of the program.
  • Brightmeds: says all labs for the first year (three tests) are included.
  • GoodLife Health: one panel every 90 days is included in the membership; extra labs are billed by the lab.

First panel extra, then included

  • Hone Health: $65 for the initial assessment and $25 for a confirmatory test about two weeks later; retesting every 90 days is then in the membership.
  • Feel30: $99 for the first lab panel, then quarterly at-home nurse draws included.
  • Rugiet Health: $79 up front for initial labs, credited back against the first order if you're approved.

Labs billed separately

  • Maximus: $99.99 per at-home test kit, or upload bloodwork from the last six months.
  • TRT Nation: $129 for bloodwork ordered through TRT Nation, or upload your own labs free at checkout.
  • PrescribedRX: $69 for the first hormone panel; follow-up prices aren't published.
  • Fountain TRT: the lab bills you or your insurance directly.
  • Defy Medical: lab orders are bought per order.

Why it matters for the price

Over a year, the difference adds up. A program at $99 a month with labs included costs $1,188 for twelve months; one with a lower monthly price but paid tests can end up costing more. The first-year cost page adds the tests in for every provider that publishes enough to do it, and the bloodwork page lists each provider's lab terms in one place.
